UK Returns
To return an order within the United Kingdom please send your parcel, including the completed returns form supplied in your package, to the address below within 30 days from receipt;

We offer a free returns service, using Collect Plus. To use this service please register your return here, and the returns address label will be be sent to your email address. Simply pack the item, and attach the label on the front, then take to your nearest Collect + collection point. We will notify you when the return has been processed.
International Returns
If you are outside of the UK please send your order back with your preferred courier, you will need to pay for the return of any items back to us and it would be advisable for you to send this back via a tracked delivery option in case we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.
NOTES:
1/ All items must be returned in the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments must also be unworn as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product maybe refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.
2/ Returning items is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the MASHIE Returns Department. It is advisable to obtain a receipt of postage and use a tracked service so you can track the progress of your return and have proof of postage.
3/ Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.

Exchanging for another Item
Please send your item back with the completed returns form, supplied in your package, advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for, once this is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn and undamaged.
If the amount the item was purchased for is under £60, a small delivery charge of £3.95 will be added to your exchange.
Items which are faulty or were purchased at £60> will be exchanged with free delivery.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

If you want to return the parcel using another postal service, you will need to pay for the return of an item, if the item is returned for an exchange due to a faulty product then we will then cover the cost to have the replacement delivered back out to you.
Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item (i.e. unworn/undamaged) within 30 days of receipt, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.
How long do I have to return an unwanted item?
You have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received.
What happens if I want to exchange an item for a more/less expensive item?
If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can advise us to re-bill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
