UK Delivery - Complimentary Service for all orders over £65
(Total monetary spend must be over £65. If a coupon code is used and the order total is below £65 after the discount is added, postage is applicable to your order)
UK orders with a spend of over £65 will be sent free of charge using one of the recorded services provided by our courier partner DPD.
We will endeavour to have your parcel with you within 1-2 working days.

Rest of the World Delivery - £24.95
Rest of the World orders will be sent using one of the recorded international services provided by our courier partners; UPS and DHL.

NOTES:
Someone must be present at your delivery address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present, a card will be left with information on how to collect your order, or left in your designated 'Safe Place'. Once the tracking details are received, you will be given a one hour time slot, and will able to change the date/time of delivery where possible.
If we have been unable to deliver and goods are then returned to us by the courier, we will contact you to and arrange re-delivery. Further costs of postage must be covered by the customer.

Am I able to track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped an email/text message will be sent to the contact details that you have provided, with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.
My order is over £65 but after using my coupon/ voucher code the checkout is adding postage costs to my order?
If your order total (including after using vouchers or coupon codes) does not exceed £65, postage will be applied.

I am an International customer, how much duty will I have to pay?
Duties for customers residing outside of the United Kingdom will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by the shipping company and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged duty on any replacement items.
